Children aged 6-12 years old are welcome. Boys and girls of all abilities can attend, whether they play regularly or are simply looking for a fun and active school holiday.
Our intention is to run the camp as a mixed environment, with boys and girls enjoying sessions together. However, if there is sufficient demand and enough requests from families, we will look to create girls-only groups where possible.
Whilst we cannot guarantee this, parents can indicate their preference during the booking process and we will do our best to accommodate requests where numbers allow.
No. Our camps are suitable for all abilities. Sessions are designed to be enjoyable, inclusive and focused on learning through fun.
No. The camp is open to everyone and children do not need to be members of the Fleet Town FC youth sections to attend.
Children should bring a packed lunch (please note we are a nut-free camp), drinks, suitable football clothing, shin pads, football boots or trainers and weather-appropriate clothing. Shin pads are compulsory for all football activities.
Balls and Bibs are provided for all.
Yes. Children are welcome to bring a mobile phone if you would like them to have one for communication before or after camp.
As a screen-free camp, all phones must be handed in on arrival in a clearly labelled bag (a sandwich bag works perfectly!) and will be stored securely in a locked safe throughout the day.
If your child needs to contact you, or you need to contact them, a member of staff will supervise access to their phone during lunch or at the end of the day before it is safely stored away again. This allows children to stay connected when needed while enjoying a day free from the distractions of screens.
Yes. Fleet Town FC is proud to offer a limited number of fully funded Community Places for children who may otherwise be unable to attend. Applications are currently limited to a maximum of four camp days per child, which can be used across one or multiple weeks.
Priority will be given to children eligible for Free School Meals, although other families experiencing financial hardship may also be considered. To apply, please email camps@fleettownfc.co.uk. All applications are treated sensitively and confidentially.
The camp will run in most weather conditions, so please ensure children bring suitable clothing. In the event of severe weather, alternative arrangements may be made.
Yes. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before your booked camp date are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the booked session, as staffing, facilities and resources will already have been arranged.
If your child is unable to attend due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us. While a refund cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to help and may be able to offer an alternative camp date where possible.
If Fleet Town FC has to cancel a camp for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
